On 202025 there will be a shared use path along the Western side of the spine road but the vehicle access to the Western parcel will present a barrier to anyone who wishes to continue along the path.

There should be cycle/pedestrian priority (Fig 10.13 eg1 eg2) over the this vehicle access.
